I am the author here at the Live Life Simply blog and the passionate owner behind Little Eco, an online store that stocks eco-friendly and natural products for children and their families. I am studying towards a Bachelor of Education (Primary) via distance education and I am a qualified Early Childhood Educator. My employment background is in retail, hospitality and natural therapies.
I blog from our family home on small acreage in West Gippsland, Victoria, Australia.
I started blog writing in 2007 as a textile pattern designer and in recent years my blog posts have changed to reflect my desire to live more simply without sacrificing being surrounded by beauty and creativity. My simpler path is inspired by my mother’s resourcefulness and creativity, a frugal pair of grandparents and my passionate curiosity and respect for traditional homemaking values.
